Welcome to my store where you can shop or read what we're all about.

Gene Murphy Songs MML has recently released a CD "Dollar in the Sand where you can listen to it on Spotify, YouTube, Itunes, Deezer and Apple Music.

The songs were written mainly during a rest time with my wife Irene on Vancouver Island. They are distinctly different, more Dylanesque, Van Morrisonlike. I worked on the songs for a year and a half with my friend Rick Meadows, writing his unique guitar style into the overall sound. Paul Leeburn added drums and my brother Shaun added bass and lead vocals on (Shoelace). It was my first full band effort recording at The Warehouse Studio. After arranging the songs, I turned them over to Annie Kennedy and Hayden Watson to produce; Hayden doing the final mixing. I really enjoyed the chemistry working with Annie through the production process.
